2009 Village Halloween Parade
Halloween Parade 101
New York City's Village Halloween Parade is the nation's largest public Halloween celebration and has been a New York institution for 36 years. It's crazy, crowded, and chaotic. And it's one of those things you just have to experience live at least once.
The parade is even listed in the book, 100 Things to Do Before You Die: Travel Events You Just Can't Miss.
